Legal advice in conflict mediation
Service aimed at mediation, which facilitates the adoption of agreements between parties that have a conflict.
Mediation is a method to resolve conflicts that facilitates communication and the negotiation process between the parties so that they reach a satisfactory agreement for both. The parties designate or accept the mediator, although it is true that, as it is not a judicial or arbitral procedure, the parties have control of the procedure. It is a very fast procedure, with low costs and the agreement between parties is executive if it is raised to a public deed.
The University offers its experience in mediation procedures in different areas of application: family mediation, real estate mediation, work mediation, etc.
