In a global context and interdependence of tourism markets, it is increasingly important to consider the effects that political instability, terrorism or transport connectivity can have on tourism demand, both in the destination markets and in the markets of origin of the tourists. In addition, globalization makes contagion effects possible that are transmitted between markets.

The University has an expert research group in the preparation of studies to assess the risks of global interdependence on tourism of interest for tourist companies and institutions.

This service is aimed at providing support to investing companies, hotel companies and institutions for planning and decision making.
