Design of prevention and intervention programs against child and elder abuse
Service aimed at establishing measures and strategies to deal with children and elderly abuse
The University has an expert research group in the intervention in situations of abuse in childhood and adolescence and in situations of mistreatment of the elderly. Among its activities is the training and advice of professionals and the design and evaluation of prevention and treatment programs and protocols.
The service is directed to public administrations (health, judicial, police, educational and social services) and associations and entities interested in the defense of the rights of the elderly and in the promotion of their quality of life.
