The Santander Scholarship Program offers you the opportunity to improve your language skills with a 300€ scholarship that fully covers the enrollment fee.

• This program is exclusively for students enrolled at UIB during the 2024-25 academic year.

To be eligible for the scholarship, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be a UIB student during the 2024-25 academic year.
• Register on the platform and complete the motivation test through this link before June 26th.

Important: You do not have to make any payment in advance; you just need to be enrolled in the course.
Once you have submitted your scholarship application, you must wait to find out if it is granted. Only if you do not receive the scholarship, we will contact you to manage the payment of the enrollment fee.

Scholarships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, as long as the established requirements are met. Starting July 7th, selected participants will be notified by email.

Only 2 scholarships will be awarded for this course.

The amount of the registration payment will be returned, only in the following cases:

• In the event that they do not grant the visa or the residence permission is not renewed: if the student notifies in a written mail to uibtalent@fueib.org , providing the documentation justifying the withdrawal before the start of the course, the amount paid will be refunded.
• In the event that the student withdraws with a justified reason, and notifies in a written mail to uibidiomes@fueib.org  providing the documentation justifying the withdrawal before the start of the course. Once the course has started, and as long as it has not been finalized, 75% of the tuition can be returned.

It is considered excusable absence:

• Severe illness justified with official medical certificate.
• Unexpected and important modification of the working or family conditions of the student.
• Obtaining a place at another university after the enrollment.

The course management reserves the right to cancel it in case the minimum number of students is not reached so that it can be carried out. The amount of the tuition will be refunded in the cases of non-admission of the student or cancellation of the course.In case of cancellation of the course / group due to lack of students, the student must request the change of group or the refund of the amount paid in the first week of the beginning of the course.
