Support to software companies for process deployment and improvement
The University offers its support to software companies to improve their internal processes: software development, project management, management of IT services, information security, etc. according to international standards.
The service consists to support software companies to improve their internal processes such as:
- Software development processes
- Project management processes
- Information Technology (IT) service management processes
- Information security management processes
The improvement of these processes is made according to the international standards ISO/IEC 15504 (SPICE), ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 21500, which facilitates a subsequent certification in each of these standards by the company
The service is mainly aimed at quality managers or those responsible for the Project Management Office (PMO).
