Initiation workshop to the photographic language
Workshops aimed at introducing children and cultural associations into the world of photography
A research group from the University organizes workshops aimed at children in primary, secondary and cultural associations, to introduce them to the world of photography. The objective is to offer tools and resources to understand that images go beyond the reproduction of a specific moment and from these images we can interpret, experiment and communicate.
Therefore, the group organize workshops focused on comparative photography, which consists of locating old images (photographic, pictorial, graphic, etc.) of the local landscape and confront them with the corresponding current view. The group also organizes basic photographic lab workshops, analog photo lab workshops, digital photography workshops, prephotographic instrument workshop and rephotography.
