Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to work in an international friendly team in the nautical sector?
We are looking for an Airtime Services Administrator.
e3 Systems is a leading company in the nautical sector which provides Communications and IT services for large yachts. These yachts are floating homes and offices so need the same level of systems and connectivity at sea that is needed ashore.
You will work as part of a small friendly international team in an office-based environment. This is a trainee position which would suit a newly qualified graduate, and we are looking for someone with the potential to learn and grow. Full training will be provided.

Job Role
You will work as part of the Airtime and Billing Team providing support to other members of the team and clients. Responsibilities
• Support account managers in the Airtime team with administrative tasks.
• Analysis of clients’ airtime data usage.
• Assist with processing orders for services and SIMs including activations, deactivations, and changes in packages.
• Review and prepare invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding billing and payment.
• Maintain accurate and complete records and reports.
• Assist with other airtime functions as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting and analysis.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and other stakeholders.



• Degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Very high level of written and spoken English as all interaction with clients is in English.

• Numerate with strong understanding of data analysis.

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills,

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, and in particular excellent Excel skills.

• Experience with Business Central Navision an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Strong customer service skills
