Descripción del lugar

• Engage with our valued customers and build strong relationships to understand their needs and goals.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation process.
• CRM management (Microsoft Dynamics knowledge is a plus)
• Participate in customer success initiatives such as customer satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback, and proposing improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Product, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer-centric improvements.
• B2B Operational Support - Stay close to our partners in clearing payment issues, cancellation booking processes and any other relevant operational process that needs our guidance or assistance.
