Counselling and psycoeducational intervention in learning problems

Evaluation and detection of specific reading difficulties (dyslexia), writing (dysgraphic and / or disortography) and calculus (discalculia) in the childhood.

Learning problems, also known as dyslexia, are a group of disorders that manifest significant difficulties in the ability to read, read comprehension, writing or performing mathematical calculations. These disorders affect one in ten children of school age and have negative consequences in their development and performance at school. The application of protocols for intervention and early detection is essential, since with age the problems are aggravated and, in most cases, these difficulties may appear linked to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
