We are looking for a Talent Executive, to join our Talent Management team based in Palma de Mallorca for a maternity cover. The successful candidate will give support across the different brands, MTS Globe, OTS Globe and Axis Data, with a strong focus on international recruitment and employer branding, whilst ensuring the highest level of candidate experience.

Our HR model is based on the employee lifecycle, and our mission is to give support to our employees and ensure the best experience during recruitment, integration, professional development and exit.

In addition, you will be involved in HR continuous improvement projects to ensure a consistent and professional HR service and close cooperation with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Identifying the best sources and methods to locate the best candidates for our open positions according to key requirements (blogs, job boards, business networks, etc.). This includes publication of vacancies, screening, conducting interviews and assessments, create ad hoc candidates reports, etc.
- Be a key person for the manager during all the recruitment process from the approval of the job description, posting the vacancies, screening, conducting interviews, create ad hoc candidates reports, etc.
- Employer branding: In coordination with our Marketing department, be responsible for publications through social media to reinforce our employer branding.
- Support the implementation of new and innovative HR and corporate social responsibity initiatives.
- Support in organization of social events for our colleagues as summer or Christmas party to reinforce our social community.
