Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Support the company by providing technical support & administrative maintenance on user’s accounts, face to face and remote through MS Teams.
Problem Solving: Develop your initiative and technical knowledge to diagnose any technical support/IT problems on the desktops, laptops, and other IT devices and provide effective resolutions or information to the user.
Equipment Maintenance & Set-Up: Use your acquired knowledge to do the initial Set-Up and the maintenance of the hardware and software tools of the company.
