JUNIOR CHARTER MANAGER/ASSISTANT

About the job

We are looking for a candidate to join our office in Palma as a Junior Charter Manager.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
• Interest for yachts and the yachting industry
• High attention to detail and good organisation skills
• A professional and personable manner and the ability to liaise directly with important clients
• High standard of English and Spanish and any other languages are a plus
• Very comfortable in administrational tasks (such as Outlook, CRM, etc.)
• Being a team player
• Ability to work fast, under pressure and be reactive
• Being curious and eager to learn


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Group Director and Senior Charter Manager in the Palma office
• Be available 24/7 to all clients
• Develop and maintain an in-depth and fundamental understanding of all clauses within the MYBA Charter Agreement.
• Administration (payments, data base, logging enquiries, agreements, etc.)
• Assist with providing information for marketing material
• Provide fast and effective response to any issues that arise before, during or after charters
• Develop own network of contacts in order to grow and develop business opportunities
• Attend and promote yacht shows and events as required by the company
