Reports to Customer Success Director – Permanent role – Based Palma de Mallorca, Spain
In this role, you will ensure optimisation of customer travel accounts and work closely together with the
connectivity team and in collaboration with supply team to combine efforts in enhancing the customer
The role combines technical background on data and analytics together with understanding of company and
customer´s business implications.
Main Responsibilities
Coordination with departments
You will create relation with customers using data to improve interaction with them looking at their business
metrics as well as supporting them and understand them to serve the Fastpayhotels strategy. You will establish a
proper technical profile for each partner to identify its needs and points of optimisation.
Sales targets
You will be driven by the sales targets established with budget and ensure that customer expectations are met in
terms of bookings. You will also oversee reporting “real” targeting according to the tech reality of things and
coordinate with the tech profile of each customer providing recommendations to influence the way how they
optimise these connectivities. Work on analysis to support the business data-driven decision
Data driven
You will be the expert in data driven decision making and be able to establish a direct relationship between
actions taken and results. Review daily data, analyse and generate report to identify where to improve conversion.
Investigate and propose potential improvements or upgrades in the Optimisation of certain processes
You will be responsible to maintain proper IT back-office set-up for customers as well as implementation and rollout of new developments and functionalities. Traffic maintenance will also be under your responsibility in
coordination with the connectivity team.
Work in hand with Supply Optimisation to keep distribution coherent and avoid any leakages taking necessary
action needed, focusing on analysis.

Work , coordinate and interact with other departments within the company
Travel Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
