For our Facilities Management department in Palma, we are seeking a Logistics Assistant.

Our mission is to provide accurate, business valuable and action driven information to all the employees of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be able to thrive on working in a busy environment, be able to demonstrate a good level of commercial awareness and be proactive in developing the role within the team.

Specifically, you will be responsible for:

- Manage and report day-to-day tasks of the company logistics
- Verify and keep accurate records on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Prepare items for shipment with all the correspondent dispatch documents and track deliveries
- Maintain inventory of shipped equipment and supplies
- Update information in our purchasing and inventory platform
- Coordination with the IT Procurement department for payments
- Coordinate deliveries with the internal clients (in different countries)
- Elaboration of internal quotes for costs re-invoicing
- Management of incidents with shipments between internal departments and external suppliers
- A certificate of disability will be recognised.

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Strong administrative skills (3-5 years of experience)
- Office tools proficiency
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both spoken and written)
- Previous experience working in a fast paced international environment
