The student will be directly involved in reviewing Technology contracts, analyzing main contractual clauses and the associated risks, in direct contact with the business team; selected candidate will also analyze Data Protection Agreements, understanding the position and responsibilities of parties involved in the contract, and analyzing key points of GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. Student may also deal with trademarks and domain names management, as well as other procurement contract reviews with external providers (i.e lease agreement, T&E contracts, …), as part of the Team giving legal advice to Hotelbeds Procurement Department.
