Join the TUI Musement team as a Business Strategy and M&A intern and assist our Business Strategy and M&A department as a central support role to all different organization areas (Commercial, Offer, Digitalization, Musement), especially to the finance, tax and legal teams

ABOUT THE JOB

-Support the strategy team in the market intelligence activity including the assistance in preparing newsletters, ad-hoc reports, specific segments deep-dives

-Screen external sources of information (e.g Eurmonitor, phocuswright, press)

-Prepare back-up excels with relevant data and models sections to support the creation of complete business cases

-Prepare back-up or slides for full presentations for different forums

-Assist to the strategy team in the optimization of the TUI MM value proposition, 3YP process together with Finance and on decision making with the analytical tools and Excel models set-up

-Back-up senior members of the team in analysing the attractiveness of new business (investment) opportunities, both organic and inorganic / Merges and Acquisitions (M&A), providing a deep understanding of the alternatives to address it

-Stakeholder management (normally within the strategy team) in different strategic projects through data and information gathering, desktop research, analysis

ABOUT YOU

-Business related bachelor, or some comparable experience or master degree/equivalent

-Strong drive, structured with problem solving skills and analytical mind

-Basic financial background, understanding the 3 main financial statement required (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow)

-Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written

-Capacity to work long hours and under pressure

-Business Strategy or Consulting background preferred (previous internship)

-Master degree or equivalent in MBA or Finance desirable

-International experience desirable
