Comparative law consists of the study of various legal institutions through legislation in force in different countries. The purpose of these studies is to deepen the knowledge of the own legislative body, contributing to reinforce solutions or to insinuate positive changes of the internal norms applying or taking as reference the regulations in force in other countries.

A research group in the area of Law specialized in private tourism law offers its service for the elaboration of reports and studies on this subject. This service can be interesting both for public institutions, when it comes to develop new tourism regulations, and for lawyer's offices interested in obtaining studies and reports on legislation or different judicial resolutions in other countries.
