Nutrition and physical exercise are two aspects that contribute to a healthy life. Sedentary life or bad habits can be harmful to people's health.

To know if the habits and routines of our daily lives are correct or should be modified, at the University there is a research group with extensive experience in the design of training plans and individualized routines adjusted to the characteristics and needs of each individual through a previous personal study of the physical condition.

This service is for anyone interested in changing their habits and routines to improve their health, physical condition and well-being.
