REQUIREMENTS

- Very high level of English spoken & written
- Sales and customer-oriented
-Results-driven
-Targets oriented
-Experience and/or studies in Tourism, Hospitality
and/or Events Management
-Enjoy travelling
-Negotiating skills
-Creative
- Be extremely organized
- Good admin and people skills
- Great communication skills
- French or Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of Ibiza, Mallorca, and Marbella is a plus.



TASKS

YOU WILL DO



- Give back-office support to the Head of Concierge

- Assist clients during their stay

- Anticipate potential issues and solve them

- Contact the clients to offer them tips and suggestions on what to do during their holidays

- Create unique experiences for clients during their
stay

- Update services and prices in our CRM system

- Attend our weekly meetings and report your results
