Camper is a Spanish footwear company with international presence whose headquarters are in Inca (Mallorca, Spain). At Camper we focus on design and originality, so we are looking for highly energetic people who know how to transmit our innovative spirit to customers. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to be part of our Business technology team, based in our headquarters in Inca, Mallorca. As Technical Project Manager your mission will be to analyze, manage and implement evolutionary, innovative and expansion projects in Camper's digital ecosystem. As Technical Project Manager at Camper, your main tasks will include: - Study , analyze and manage the implementation and start-up of projects and initiatives in the digital B2C world in Camper, covering different areas of the business such as Ecommerce, logistics, customer service and physical stores. - Define the solutions to be implemented, coordinate the different technical partners that will carry out the development as well as manage the operational and evolutionary operations after the launch of each of the projects. - Manage priorities, times and resources. - Assure QA of the final deliverables. - Provide insights and recommendations about Camper’s process ecosystem. - Support other departments in growing digital analytics awareness, capabilities, and skills. What are we looking for? - Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science. - 2 years of project development / analysis / management experience. - Knowledge of programming languages. - Knowledge of SEO. - Tech background focused on continuous delivery and agile development. - Teamwork collaborating with multiple departments (Sales, Marketing, Logistics, technology providers ...). - Ability to manage projects with partners establishing technical criteria and priorities. - Proactive attitude and result orientation. - Strong team spirit and capable of easily establishing interpersonal relationships and Great communication skills, both oral and written - Medium / high level of English and Spanish. - The position is based in Inca, so you will need to be based in Mallorca The following will be valued: - Experience in Ecommerce, CMS, CRM. - Knowledge of Front development HTML / REACT / JQUERY - Experience in XML / REST integrations - Knowledge of SEO / SEM / Social Media / Email marketing / Tag Manager - Experience managing own projects, startups … We look forward to receiving your application!
