Be part of the team that defines and coordinates the implementation for Ecommerce, Point of Sale and CRM projects in the Business Technology department, ensuring they are aligned with the company strategy and business plans. Focus on internal procedures and testing processes to guarantee the quality of the different deliverables and assuring they cover the business needs.
Main accountabilities
Project management: scope of work definition, manage project tasks and monitor the implementation of the solution, technical approach and controlling quality standards of the final product.
Interact with the different stakeholders, key partners and departments to ensure the projects and new processes are properly established.
Document processes and training guidelines that support the implementation.
Define the solutions to be implemented, coordinate the different technical partners that will carry out the development as well as manage the operational and evolutionary operations after the launch of each of the projects.
